| Body: | Section 9-18-3 Contracts of Board of Control of Employees' Retirement System with board. The Board of Control of the Employees' Retirement System of Alabama may make one or more contracts with the Southern Interstate Nuclear Board in order to further or facilitate the activities of the board pursuant to Article II (f) of the compact.
