| Body: | Section 6-6-562 Appointment of guardians ad litem. On the filing of a complaint as authorized under Section 6-6-560, should it appear that any of the defendants are infants or persons of unsound mind or should the identity of some, or all, of said defendants be unknown, the court shall forthwith appoint a guardian ad litem to represent and defend the interest of such infant, incompetent or unknown parties in the proceeding.
