| Body: | Section 6-5-264 Rights of remainderman or reversioner. A remainderman or reversioner of personalty may commence an action against a wrongdoer for any injury going to destroy the existence or ultimate value of the property. In such cases, the tenant in possession and remainderman or reversioner may sue jointly for the injury to the entire estate, the recovery being held under like limitations.
