Body: | Section 45-8-173.02 Report of income and expenditures. The Calhoun-Cleburne Mental Health Board, Inc., shall provide the Calhoun County Judge of Probate, the Calhoun County Sheriff, and the Chair of the Calhoun County Commission, no later than November 1 of each calendar year, a written report of all income received under this part and the itemized expenditures of the income so received for the preceding fiscal year of from October 1 to the following September 30.
