| Body: | Section 45-48-130.04 Engineer compensation. The commission shall fix the amount of the salary of the county engineer, payable from the road and highway funds of Marshall County. The commission shall provide the county engineer with an office and the necessary supplies, and shall provide him or her with the necessary transportation in connection with his or her duties under this article.
