| Body: | Section 45-41-70.01 Mileage allowance. When traveling in performance of their duties, the members of the Lee County Commission shall be entitled to travel expense allowances based on the same rate per mile as is in effect from time to time for state employees. Such mileage allowances shall be paid in the usual manner from the county general fund and shall be in lieu of any mileage allowances heretofore provided by law for members of the Lee County Commission.
