| Body: | Section 45-40-130.14 Work on private property; violations. The county commission is prohibited from authorizing or performing any work on private property with the exception of work performed on church, school, or cemetery property. Any violation of this article shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) and imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
