| Body: | Section 45-39-110 Compensation. In Lauderdale County, each member of the board of registrars shall be entitled to receive additional compensation in an amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) per day, which shall be payable out of the county general fund. Such amount shall be in addition to any and all amounts provided by law and shall be paid for each day that the board is authorized to meet and conduct business. The amount of the additional compensation shall be determined by resolution of the county commission. (Act 84-435, p. 1015, §1; Act 2000-355, p. 555, §1.) |
