Body: | Section 45-37-80 Circuit clerks. In addition to any salary paid by the state, the Circuit Clerk of the Tenth Judicial Circuit shall be paid a supplemental salary from the county at a rate of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per annum. The county commission shall pay such supplemental salary in equal biweekly installments from the general fund of the county. (Act 84-617, p. 1255, ยง1.) |
