| Body: | Section 45-36-220.01 Transfer of surplus funds. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the Jackson County Commission may transfer surplus funds over the operating costs of the Jackson County Public Parks System as determined by standard government fund accounting principles from the Jackson County Parks Fund to the Jackson County General Fund, provided that the county commission makes a determination that the funds are not needed for the operation and administration of the public park system.
