| Body: | Section 45-35-232.34 Houston County Commission authorized to provide funding, in-kind service, or other aid. Houston County through the Houston County Commission is authorized to provide, in its sole discretion, any funding, in-kind service or other aid of any type deemed necessary by the Houston County Commission to the Houston County Work Release and Pretrial Release Commission for the purpose of effectuating the purposes of this subpart. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this act shall not be construed to require Houston County or the Houston County Commission to provide funding, in-kind service, or other aid to the Houston County Work Release and Pretrial Release Commission for the purpose of effectuating the purposes of this subpart.
