| Body: | Section 45-34-70 Expense allowance. In Henry County, each member of the county commission is hereby authorized to receive an expense allowance of six hundred dollars ($600) per month. The expense allowance shall be in lieu of any and all other expense allowances heretofore provided by law and be payable out of the gasoline fund of the county.
