THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 16, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

Effective beginning the next term of office of the coroner, the Coroner of Henry County shall be entitled to the same cost-of-living pay raises, health insurance benefits, life insurance, retirement benefits, and any other employment benefits provided in the same manner as to other county employees.
