| Body: | Section 45-32-240 Compensation. The members of the Greene County Board of Equalization shall be paid thirty-five dollars ($35) per diem for each day's attendance upon the sessions of the board. Any amounts in excess of the compensation provided by the state as provided in Sections 40-3-7 and 40-3-8 shall be paid out of the general fund of the county. (Act 81-1035, 2nd Sp.
