| Body: | Section 45-3-70.01 Expense allowance. The members of the Barbour County Commission, upon approval by a recorded roll call vote of the commission, may receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) per month to be paid out of the county general fund. This expense allowance shall be in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law. (Act 2007-493, p. 1050, ยง1.) |
