| Body: | Section 45-27-230.20 Compensation of chief deputy sheriff. The Chief Deputy Sheriff of Escambia County shall hereby receive a minimum annual salary of ten thousand eight hundred dollars ($10,800) payable in equal monthly installments from the county treasury. The salary herein provided shall be in lieu of any and all compensation heretofore payable to the chief deputy sheriff of the county. (Acts 1976, No. 248, p. 285, §1; Act 79-178, p. 289, §1.) |
