| Body: | Section 45-27-241 Procedure for sale and redemption of lands. In Escambia County the procedure for redeeming lands sold for taxes shall be the same as provided in Article 5 of Chapter 10, Title 40, except that all such duties as are required of and performed by the probate judge shall be transferred to and be performed by the tax collector, and the probate judge shall be relieved of all such duties.
