| Body: | Section 45-26-232 Allowances for feeding prisoners. (a) In Elmore County, the sheriff shall be entitled to keep and retain the allowances payable by the state, county, or municipalities for feeding prisoners housed in the Elmore County Jail. (b) The provisions of this section shall be retroactive to January 18, 1983, and all actions taken by the sheriff in accordance with this section are hereby validated and confirmed. (Act 84-390, p. 899, ยงยง1, 2.) |
