| Body: | Section 45-26-142.02 Establishment of district; services. A district for fighting and preventing fires and providing emergency medical services, to be known as the South Lake Martin Fire District, may be established in Elmore and Tallapoosa Counties in the proposed area in the manner hereinafter provided. The South Lake Martin Fire District shall provide support for the Willow Point/Ourtown Fire District and the Windermere Fire District and provide enhanced services in these districts.
