| Body: | Section 45-23-130.10 Inspection and approval of materials, supplies, etc., prior to payment. It shall be the further duty of the county engineer to inspect and approve on delivery all materials, machinery, equipment, and supplies, purchased by the county for use on public roads, bridges, and ferries prior to payment.
