| Body: | Section 45-23-230 Salary. (a) Commencing with the next term of office, the salary of the Sheriff of Dale County is forty seven thousand, five hundred dollars ($47,500) per annum, payable in equal monthly installments from the county treasury." (b) The compensation provided in this section shall be in lieu of any and all other compensation or expense allowance now provided by law.
