| Body: | Section 45-22-130.06 County engineer - Employment; requirements. The Cullman County governing body shall employ a county engineer, possessing all of the qualifications specified for county engineers under the general laws of the State of Alabama: and such engineer shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the maintenance and construction of the Cullman County public roads, highways, bridges, and ferries, and he or she shall during his or her employment, reside in Cullman County, Alabama.
