Body: | Section 45-2-22.01 Purpose. The legislative intent and purpose of this part is to provide a structure for the business relations between a wholesaler and a supplier of wine in Baldwin County. Regulation in this area within the county is considered necessary for the following reasons: (1) To maintain stability and health competition in the wine industry in Baldwin County. (2) To provide and maintain a sound, stable, and viable three-tier system of distribution of wine to the public in Baldwin County. (3) To promote the public health, safety, and welfare.
