| Body: | Section 45-10-82.21 Marriage rites. The Judge of Probate of Cherokee County may charge an additional fee when celebrating the rites of marriage. The amount of the additional fee shall be in the discretion of the judge of probate. The fee authorized by this section shall be in addition to the fee imposed pursuant to Section 12-19-90, and shall be retained by the judge of probate. (Act 97-513, p. 905, ยง1.) |
