| Body: | Section 41-9-935 Appropriations. (a) The North Alabama Agriplex may receive and expend all legislative appropriations and funds donated or contributed for its use. (b) In any fiscal year after FY 2001, the direct appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Agriculture Museum Board shall always be equal to the amount appropriated to the North Alabama Agriplex Board plus one hundred thirty-six thousand dollars ($136,000).
