Body: | Section 41-9-598 Appeals from rules and policies adopted by commission. The process for appeals by an individual or governmental body of any rules and policies adopted by the commission shall first be to the commission. The appellant may present his or her argument at a regular meeting of the commission requesting the alteration or suggesting the nonapplicability of a particular rule or policy. If the appellant is not satisfied by the action of the commission, then an appeal may be made to the circuit court in Montgomery County. (Acts 1975, No. 872, §42; Act 2019-495, §1.) |
