When used in this division, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMISSION. The Building Commission. (2) DIRECTOR. The Director of the Technical Staff of the Building Commission. (3) CODE. The state building code to be adopted by the Building Commission. (Acts 1978, No. 766, p. 1105, ยง1.) |
