| Body: | Section 41-27-2.1 Secretary - Appointment of designee to perform as Homeland Security Advisor. The Secretary of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency may appoint a designee as the Homeland Security Advisor under subsection (d) of Section 41-27-2. The Secretary of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency shall consider the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state when appointing the designee. (Act 2015-166, ยง1.) |
