If after a hearing, a person is found to be driving a motor vehicle in violation of the Mandatory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Law, the civil penalty shall be final. If the civil penalty is not paid within 15 days, the person's driver's license shall be suspended for 90 days. (Act 2016-361, ยง5.) |
