| Body: | Section 41-10-62 Liability upon bonds, debts, agreements, etc., of authority. All debts assumed or created by the authority and all bonds issued by it shall be solely and exclusively obligations of the authority and shall not be obligations or debts of the State of Alabama. All contracts and agreements made by the authority pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be solely and exclusively obligations of the authority and shall not be obligations of the State of Alabama.
