| Body: | Section 41-10-274 State Treasurer to disburse funds for payment of bonds. From the fund to be pledged pursuant to Section 41-10-272 hereof, the State Treasurer is authorized and directed to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the bonds as such principal and interest shall respectively mature, and is further authorized and directed to set up and maintain appropriate records pertaining thereto.
