| Body: | Section 40-12-319 Penalty for violation of article. Any person, firm, corporation, copartnership, or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $25, nor more than $100. Each and every day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
