Body: | Section 37-8-280 Soliciting claims from shippers or consignees against carriers. Any agent, officer or attorney of any traffic association or freight bureau who asks, solicits or bids for any claim from any shipper or consignee against any carrier shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined for each offense not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00.
