Body: | Section 37-8-112 Failure to ring bell or blow horn or whistle on trains. Any engineer or other person having the control of the running of a locomotive on any railroad who shall fail to perform any of the duties required of him by Section 37-2-81 must, on conviction, be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $1,000.00, and imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 12 months, one or both at the discretion of the jury.
