| Body: | Section 37-2-18 Treble damages. In addition to the penalties and forfeitures provided in this division to the state, railroads or other common carriers shall, for each violation of the provisions of this division, be liable to the person, firm, or corporation injured thereby in three times the amount of damages incurred and suffered.
