| Body: | Section 37-1-144 Subdivision cumulative; repeal of conflicting laws. The provisions of this subdivision 2 are cumulative and supplemental and shall be construed in pari materia with other laws regulating appeals from actions or orders of the Public Service Commission; provided, that those laws or parts of laws in direct conflict or inconsistent with this subdivision 2 are hereby repealed and superseded to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
