| Body: | Section 36-24-2 Payment of rental. The rental agreed on shall be paid at such times or in such installments as may be agreed on between the lessor of such office or offices and the state out of any funds in the Treasury, and the Comptroller shall draw his warrant in favor of such lessor for such sum on the certificate of the Governor. The amount of rental provided for under this chapter shall not exceed the amount of $40,000.00 per annum.
