| Body: | Section 36-19-17 Taking, etc., of testimony by Fire Marshal, etc., during investigations. The Fire Marshal or his deputies, when in their opinion it is necessary, may take or cause to be taken the testimony on oath of all persons supposed to be cognizant of any facts or have means of knowledge in relation to the matter as to which an investigation is being held and shall cause the same to be reduced to writing.
