Body: | Section 36-18-29 Penalty for false entry or alteration of records. A person who shall knowingly make any false entry or falsely alter any record of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences; or who shall intentionally destroy, mutilate, conceal, remove or otherwise impair the verity or availability of records of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences with the knowledge of a lack of authority to do so; or who shall possess a record of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences and refuse to deliver up such record upon proper request of a person lawfully entitled to receive the same shall be guilty of a Class B felony.
