| Body: | Section 34-6-3 Authority of municipalities. The governing bodies of incorporated cities or towns where billiard rooms are operated may fix a license fee for the operation of such billiard rooms and may make such additional regulations governing the operation of such billiard rooms as they may deem proper, but no city or town shall have power to license or authorize the doing of any act or thing prohibited by this chapter.
