| Body: | Section 34-6-16 Penalties. Every licensed billiard room keeper who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, except as herein provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 for the first conviction and, upon the second conviction, shall forfeit the full amount of the bond to the state, and thereafter no license shall be issued to such billiard room keeper.
