| Body: | Section 34-41-20 Procedures for disciplinary actions; aggrieved person may petition board for hearing; judicial review. (a) The board shall develop procedures for investigation, prehearing, and hearing of disciplinary actions. (b) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board other than a decision in a disciplinary action may petition the board for a hearing. (c) Judicial review of the final decision of the board is available in the manner prescribed by the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act. (Acts 1995, No. 95-399, p. 820, ยง20.) |
