| Body: | Section 34-41-17 Written charges against licensed geologist. Any person may file written charges against any licensed professional geologist pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the board. Charges or allegations shall be in writing and shall be sworn to by the person or persons making them and shall be filed with the secretary-treasurer of the board.
