| Body: | Section 34-24-312 State Board of Medical Examiners to furnish facilities, receive funds, etc. All personnel and facilities necessary to administer and enforce this article shall be furnished by the State Board of Medical Examiners. All money, funds, fees, charges, and other receipts provided for in this article shall be paid to the State Board of Medical Examiners and used by the board to carry out the provisions of this article.
