Body: | Section 34-24-233 Exemptions. Nothing in this article shall be construed as applying to physicians, surgeons, or persons authorized to practice the healing arts as otherwise provided under the laws of the State of Alabama. No person who qualifies for a certificate of license under this article shall be subject to examination by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
