| Body: | Section 34-1A-11 Sunset provision. The Alabama Electronic Security Board of Licensure is subject to the provisions of the Alabama Sunset Law of 1981, and is classified as an enumerated agency pursuant to Section 41-20-3. The board shall automatically terminate on October 1, 2000, and every four years thereafter, unless a bill is passed that the board be continued, modified, or reestablished.
