| Body: | Section 34-15C-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Alabama Board for Registered Interior Designers. (2) NCIDQ. The National Council for Interior Design Qualification. (3) REGISTERED INTERIOR DESIGNER. An interior design professional, as defined by the NCIDQ, who is approved and registered by the board and the Secretary of State. (Act 2010-706, p. 1715, ยง2(b).) |
