| Body: | Section 33-13-3 Authorization to form public corporation. The Governor, the Director of Finance, one member of the Senate, appointed by the president of the Senate, one member of the House of Representatives, appointed by the Speaker of the House, and the director of the State Docks Department shall become a public corporation with the powers hereinafter provided, by proceeding according to the provisions of this chapter.
