| Body: | Section 32-9-4 Courts having jurisdiction. All courts having jurisdiction of misdemeanors punishable by a fine of $500.00 or less and by imprisonment or hard labor, as above provided, shall have concurrent jurisdiction of the trial of all offenses under this chapter committed within their respective territorial jurisdictions.
