Body: | Section 32-6-47 Appeal of suspended, revoked, etc., license; no driving while appeal pending. A person whose driver's license has been cancelled, suspended, or revoked or whose application for a driver's license has been denied shall have the right of judicial appeal of such action, as provided under Section 32-5A-195. No person shall be allowed to drive in violation of any cancellation, suspension, revocation, or denial of application while any such appeal is pending. (Acts 1979, No. 79-619, p. 1097, ยง7.) |
